<p>Many consider cooking an art form. Indeed it is an excellent way to express oneself through food. In a private kitchen it is ok to make a mess and experiment however in a commercial kitchen this is a big no-no. In a commercial kitchen everything has to remain clean, efficient and organized in order to provide every customer with an exceptional dining experience. If you want to practice this at home, then you will need to learn the art of mise en place.</p>
<p>So just what is mise en place? Mise en place is a French phrase which means &#8220;to have everything in its place&#8221;. This translates into cooking by having all of the ingredients for a dish <a href="http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/tips-techniques/try-coffee-filters-for-quick-clean-up-real-simple-147146" target="_blank">prepared and organized</a> in order of when they are needed. Such preparation enables a person to cook a meal more effectively.</p>
<p>To practice mise en place you will need to do the following</p>

<li>read through the      recipe you will be using (if you are using one)</li>
<li>check that you      have all of the ingredients needed</li>
<li>check that you      have all of the equipment needed</li>
<li>measure out all      of the ingredients and place in separate dishes</li>
<li>prepare things      such as vegetable by cutting, slicing, dicing or whatever the recipe calls      for</li>
<li>Prepare the      equipment needed for use and lay it out in order of need</li>
<li>preheat the oven      if necessary</li>
</ul>

<p>Do you have children in your family who are picky eaters?  That makes meal planning a challenge. Here are some tips of ways you can get your picky eaters to eat healthy food without throwing temper tantrums.</p>
<p>Be creative in your food presentation. Create a silly face out of apple slices, peanut butter, and raisins. Use a cookie cutter to create unusual sandwich shapes. Give fruits and vegetables wacky names like blabby blueberries or Houdini zucchini or boogey bananas (peanut butter spread on banana slices). The silly names will make your child giggle and want to eat that food. <p>For some people food pyramid is a better option for health but for some it is a challenge. It is a challenge for many because they do not have any idea that how to make their diet more interesting and how to rotate it day by day. There is a huge variety in food pyramid; here is meat, vegetables, cereals, fruits and one can make its own food pyramid and rotate it day by day for better health and this would not feel like a challenge.</p>
<p>The diet of food pyramid also requires exercise with it because for some food pyramid is a bit different thing and they can put up extra fat if they don’t do exercise regularly. There are all types of food pyramids, which contain carbohydrates, fat and cholesterol but it is up to the consumer what to eat and which combination of food pyramid is good for the health and body. The new pattern of food pyramid contains vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products, and other dairy products, beans, grains etc. The variety of food pyramid is very vast. It is the selection of the consumer what to eat.</p>
<p>The best food pyramid is said to be the okadaic food pyramid. It is said to be the best by lots of knowledgeable person of this particular field. The okadaic food pyramid is not only the best food pyramid to set the boredom away but it is also the best in nutrition.</p>

But there is also a fact that diet chart of each person is not similar one must follow the diet chart which is suitable for the body. Most of the people follow various types of diet charts to lose weight and assume that diet chart is only meant for this work but it is not only this diet chart makes the body fit and makes life much healthier.</p>
<p>The basic work of diet chart is to take good carbohydrates and good fat in such a way to support your body and not to increase or lose your weight. Diet chart differs from one to another; it totally depends upon the structure of the body and sometimes also depends upon the life style by which most of the people gets ill.
